Plan types
Open plan: No matter if you receive more visits, all of them will be optimized and adde to the monthly charge at the same price.
Closed Plan: Once you reach your selected limit, all subsequent visits will not be optimized, so your monthly pricing will always be the same.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. As we use Stripe to process the payments; we also accept Alipay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay and all the payment methods available for companies located in US.
What can I do if my payment failed?
If you believe payment has been taken more than once. Please contact our Customer Support Team at +1-628-400-5825 (USA) for assistance, Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 22:00.
Why is my card being declined?
If your credit card was declined, it’s normally to do with your bank’s automated fraud systems, and not with Dartspeed or our payment processor. If this happens to you, please make sure your credit card information is correct and try to submit it at least three times. If the transaction still doesn’t go through, you will need to call your bank to clear the transaction.
How do I make a payment on the website??
Sign up after testing your speed or directly from the upper bar in the home page. You will be able to upgrade and purchase a plan from your user dashboard. After selecting the type of plan that fits your needs you will be redirected to the Stripe website to finish the payment.
How is my service charged?
Your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period. So, if you opt for a monthly plan your card will be charged on the first day of the new monthly billing cycle.
What happens if the billing period is reached and I haven´t upgraded my subscription?
Your website will still work and you will be transferred to the free plan. Only your homepage will be optimized.
